ISDN SERVICE PLANS
128K connection to the Internet!

ISDN service provides two 64K B-channels for data transmission. Rates are based on time per channel. For data stream bursts that engage the second channel an additional per hour charge will be incurred during the time the second channel is engaged.

ISDN customers will have two monthly fees, one to TaosNet and one to USWest. There are set-up fees and equipment costs involved as well. Here is an itemization.

TAOSNET FEES
ISDN Basic Plan with 200 channel hours/month
No Setup fee
$25/month. Overtime 25¢ per hour/per channel

ISDN/Two Channels, dedicated
Unlimited time.
Setup fee: $200
$200/month

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
Also required at the client side is an ISDN "modem" or an ISDN router. The ISDN router we recommend is the Netgear series. The router is necessary when you want to create a local network with multiple computers having access to the ISDN circuit. It also provides Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation for bonding the two ISDN B channels to get 128K speed. Approximate cost, $200-600.

US WEST FEES
Visit the US West ISDN Solutions home page and their pricing page for New Mexico rates. - And don't forget the enumerable taxes that are added to your phone bill.

DEDICATED LINES

Wireless T1 Connection
High-speed wireless connections now available! We are currently evaluating cost and logistics for this service. Please contact TaosNet for more information.

56k Frame Relay Connection
Monthly: $300
Set-up fee: $2000 installation includes cost of client side router and dsu/csu. We use Adtran dsu/csu and Lucent OR-HS routers. We will supply a subnet of IP addresses for you to configure up to 13 hosts on your local network using TCP/IP networking protocols. Use of DHCP can greatly expand the number of host computers you may have on your local network. We work closely with local network professionals to provide the right solution for you. Create your own virtual private network (VPN) to link remote offices or staff to your network.

All Telco charges are the clients responsibility. TaosNet will coordinate, on your behalf, installation of circuit from US West.

Unlimited access to the Internet for an entire office is available through this option. Six email accounts are included for businesses who won't be running a mail server on their system. Additional email accounts are $5 per month.

A website on TaosNet's web server may be added to this plan at little or no additional charge depending on your needs.

All Account Access fees are in addition to and independent of fees for any optional Web Hosting or E-Commerce services.
